Overview
As a UX Researcher with Askable, I lead continuous discovery research for a top options trading platform (under NDA), delivering weekly insights that guide feature development and support user adoption. Over the past eleven months, my insights have informed successful feature launches, shaped the direction of emerging AI research tools, and secured a sustained research partnership between the client and Askable.
The Brief
Design and lead a series of research studies to support growth goals, particularly refining features for novice and intermediate traders.
The Results
My strategic reporting helped secure stakeholder buy-in for ongoing research. My recommendations on mobile trading features were implemented and the resulting launches saw positive customer adoption.
